This one-credit Humanities Reading Seminar offers an introduction to the life and thought of one of the greatest minds of the twentieth century, C.S. Lewis, in the context in which he spent most of his adult life, the University of Oxford. Read and analyze a few representative texts from across Lewis's corpus as well as visit sites in Oxford that played a significant role in his spiritual development and helped shape the Oxford he knew and loved.

Program Dates: March 8-16, 2024

Course: HUM 275 C.S. Lewis' Oxford, 1 credit

 

Program Fee: ~$2,500 

Program cost is subject to change. Some finacnial aid will be avilable.

Program Fee Includes: Tuition, airfare, local transportation, accommodations, insurance, two group meals and an afternoon tea, and all in country excursions are included for all students.

Additional Cost: Some meals and spending money are not included.

 

Application Deadline: November 3, 2023

Applications will be reviewed and acceptances sent out after the deadline. Students are expected to pay a $500 deposit within two weeks of acceptance. All Initial deposits are due no later than December 1, 2023. Program balance payment due TBD.
